Putnam County NHS to Welcome 26 New Members October 26

The Putnam County Chapter of National Honor Society will welcome 26 new members during its induction ceremony on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School Auditorium.Featuring guest speaker Ms. Jacquie Tosspon, the ceremony will celebrate students’ commitment to the four pillars of National Honor Society: scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
This year’s inductees are Grady B., Matthew B., Corbin C.-J., Corey C., Charles D., Vivian G., Seth H., Brett H., Vladimir H., Carleigh H., Kenneth M., Kelsey M., Abigail O., Oriahnna O., Ava P., Alaina R., Kean R., Haden S., Grayciemae T., Treyton T., Tagg T., Mira V., Isabella W., Kaidyn W., Jasmine W., and Haley W.
Returning members include President Lea S., Vice President Isabela L., Secretary Alyssa A., Treasurer Lyllian S., Cameron C., Jacob J., Reagan S., and Ellie U.
Families and friends are invited to help recognize these students and celebrate this milestone. Refreshments will follow in the Middle School Commons.
The chapter also has two upcoming opportunities for community involvement:
- Veterans Day Assembly: Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the High School Gymnasium.
- American Red Cross Blood Drive: Wednesday, January 20, 2027, from 1:30–5:30 p.m. in the Middle School Commons.
