Celebrate the Arts Week is Coming to PC Elementary! 🎶🎨

When we return from Spring Break, we’re jumping right into a week full of color, creativity, and school spirit! March is Arts Appreciation Month, which includes Music in Our Schools Month and Youth Art Month—and we’re excited to celebrate both during March 9–13, 2026.
The arts help our students grow in confidence, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Whether they’re singing in music class, painting in art, or performing on stage, they’re building skills that last a lifetime. Let’s celebrate together!
Here’s how students and staff can join the fun:
🎵 Mellow Monday
Wear pajamas, enjoy relaxing music, and create calming art.
🌈 Tie-Dye Tuesday
Wear tie-dye as we celebrate the art and music of the 60’s.
🎨 Wacky Wednesday
Keep Calm and Color On! Dress head to toe in colorful clothing and patterns.
Hats may be worn today only.
🦸 Super Thursday
The Arts are Super! Dress as your favorite superhero—or create your own.
Please no masks, hats, or face coverings.
👯 Double the Fun Friday
Twin Day! Grab a friend and dress alike because music and art are double the fun.
We can’t wait to see our hallways filled with creativity and school spirit. As always, please dress, draw, and sing appropriately—school rules apply.
